How do I create a goal?
Tap the + button on the Goals tab and choose
between a milestone goal or a recurring habit.
How do groups work?
Create a group and invite friends via invite code.
Group admins can award points and set group goals.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account. All your
data will be permanently removed.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Go to Settings → Export My Data to download
everything as a JSON file.
